Tips for creating a DarkRP server?

I'm halfway there guys! I have my host, my fastDL set up, and my website done. I'm just wondering if you guys have some good tips for starting out a darkrp server. Like some experiences that maybe you guys have had? Lemme know!

What kind of host do you use for your website? And if you want to start off on a good note i suggest doing shipments first for your gun dealer getting the right weapon pack that every one likes is very ideal

Make sure you don't OP specific jobs unless they are meant to be. Example: Police Juggernaut. Make sure that it's fair a balance, to the point that one person can kill everyone in the entire server because of one gun.

u have to know a bit about lua and know the basics off deving a server and you have to get ready for everything

Good luck on your server my man. Rememer to have a good staff team when you lanch.
Don't abuse your powers and dont be afraid to demote.

Hire good and active staff. This sounds very minimal but in reality it'll make or break a server.

have good admins that can rp I have seen many server die becuase the admins are bad

Trustworthy stuff who are in different timezones or have different schedules who'll at least offer a few hours some days to moderate the server, sort of like a rotation.
