I think, for really good darkrp server you don't need lot of addons
My top of needable addons/scripts:
1. ULX or ServerGuard
2. Cake Anticheat or other anticheat
3. Realistic Handcuffs
4. Billy's logs
5. DarkGlow F4 menu
