Yes and no, server need other addons, but those isn't the bests, exemple: Boombox, VCMOD, those is needed for a drp server!

Depends on which kind of server you are playing on, i guess.

I'd vouch that VCMod should be on this list rather than "Meth", but that's just my opinion.

GMod Donation System, not very necessary, because, not everyone wants to take their money with the commission

VCMod is essential for any RP server. Without that, you're gonna have a boring time
