Best way to get Staff

To me, the best way to get staff is to play on the server and choose the one's who display the biggest potential. Then test them by having like a staff test and different situations in which they may find themselves in. The other BIGGEST thing is to find active players who are invested into making the server a better place, if not then they are not going to be a good staff member. Yes they maybe for the time, but you need active and good staff to make your community stand out.
