Best way to get Staff

Just wondering if there is a safe or better way to get staff on your server. forums,just look for random people or?>

You need friends and let players apply on forums. What exactly is your question? Is your server populated?

How active you are REALLY determines staff or not. If you are hardly active then most people wont make you staff

Make an applicationprocess, create requirements and have people apply for the position.
Deny those you know arent active within communities or act immaturely, its much the same as applying for jobs.

Either hand pick who you genuinely trust or make an application system.
