You do understand how much time it takes to make certain art, and if you just refuse to pay them, then you wasted a lot of time / opportunity for money.
There's a reason why not a lot of people take commissions anymore from people. It's cus they're afraid they're gonna work hard on something, then the guy will just be like "nah not paying you"

Took megu few mins to do and looks how I wanted. hur dur time and money hur dur complains, bitch if your art is bad fuck off. Not going to pay someone for trash.
