I believe that this forum needs to appear cleaner for new visitors and that it's appearance should encourage new people to join the community.
How I would improve the overall quality of the section:
I'd try to constantly check the section and regulate the posts being made on there, for example, I would try to minimize low-quality posts to discourage any lecheersfrom making them. I would also try to be more involved in said section and would try to make sure that the threads in the section are all relevant and make sense.
