RE: Nulled theme pros and cons 13-05-2017, 12:24 AM #8 I think it depends, like for example anything coming from themeforest and codecanyon are basically open source anyways. but the downside is that some features would be turned off and that you won't get an update immediately once it's released. unless it's a very famous theme or plugin.
