Anyway since this is in the hotbar due to bot activity again to anyone reading this my vote goes towards learning how to cobble together websites using the bootstrap 4 framework and HTML, then getting in to the nitty-gritty of CSS. I feel that bootstrap is good at indirectly teaching you basics of web design, so any youtube crash course on how to use the two together is a good starting point if you're someone who can learn without a lot of hand holding IMO.
