Depends on what you want to mine.
And how much money you have on hand to get a card.

But anything from AMD that is above R9 280X is good.
I have 2 of these myself.

it is not quite suitable to mine cuz they are very low and difficulty very high.
also Amd and Nvidia are releasing new graphic card for mining, better wait for those cards. They are cheaper and more efficient i think.
if you really wanna rush it.
Try to look at amd 470 480 570 580 thats what people said are the best for mining

Currently it's difficult to get a hand on any of the GPUs and price was increased recently.

There is some news about AMD and Nvidia cards specific for mining. Supposed to be cheaper and faster.

Try Radeon RX580 8GB it gives 29MH/s on ethereum mining... or try Nvidia 1080Ti for other mining...

im using 8x 1060 6gb ram for mining ETH

for each gpu i can get 18-20 mh/s


ETH - Total Speed: 18.432 Mh/s, Total Shares: 21307, Rejected: 0, Time: 129:39

1060 or RX470. Still, I'd recommend getting at least 4 of them to start.
