If a player has 900 hours and is global elite in matchmaking but never touched third party mm services such as ESEA or Faceit are they cheating?

Esea and faceit have a lot better anticheat than valve so its hard to find cheaters

It doesn't mean they're cheating. Maybe they just don't like faceit(that's the reson why i don't play faceit)

most of the time actually yes. normal people dont want to play on global elo that long because its full of cheaters. still there are some people that are surly no cheaters in that case.
