You could easily do something with this with edits to the DVZ shoutbox like mentioned above.

Then just edit miuna's style and it seems it already supports name style, that can be fucked with as well.
I couldn't help you directly since on shitty laptop with nothing on it, not mine. But if that's something you can't do, someone should be able to do it.

EDIT: Kind of reminds me of Discord as well.
