I want to do a new template for you.

To do that, I'd like to get some feedback for this banner.

It's really nice, but I believe the name should be a bit more visible, or give it some shadow.

Try actually editing the image. Start off by adjusting the brightness, contrast and curves to get the "look" your looking for. Color grading optional. If the subject is the man and text, add a slight vignette so that the lighting is focused more on the subject. Make text white, with slight opacity. You should move the text closer to the man. Looks way too far to the right.

I'm not feeling the opacity of the text. It doesn't stands out.
