A Good DarkRP server Economy

hello fellow people of nulled forums,im making this thread because there are quite bad servers on the server browsers and when i join in too see what i observe is that these servers have bad economys and their inflation just crashes after weeks.So how do you guys think it should be done ?

They should not make the jobs pay to much and make it so things are realistic prices.

The profit of things that give money should be based on the price of guns or cars. You have to make it harder to buy weapons.
