A man on Mars

Do you think that with the advances of SpaceX, we will be able to see the evolution of humanity on other planets before the 22nd century?
Like the red planet (mars).

I do believe we will be able to go there, I mean "Human being", guess who will only go there those whom from the highest authorities, presidents, etc
society at large will suffer to death if anything happened to this planet sadly.

Venus has a toxic atmosphere so doubt we'll ever go there. Jupiter is a gas planet so can't land there. That just leaves Mars I think if we try to colonize the planet it will be very hard because we'd have to create oxygen, water, and the dirt on the planet is pretty shit compared to that of Earth. I think that we can go there and do so but we need to get it all figured out beforehand. The biggest problem with going there is the spacecraft's we have right now are terrible as in they're very slow if we actually plan to go to another planet. I think they need to put more research into making them faster cause as it stands it would take about 9 months or so I could be wrong it's only an estimate but either way need better rockets. I think we will explore the planet soon though.

Gantai you make a very good point but also your missing the key components of why I don't think humans will ever get to see the beauty of Mars Why?



1. For People to go up to mars and for the (Mars Project) it cost 4 billion usdDollars

The successful launch of the Mars mission could lead to travel between planets much more common in the scientific and possibly the public world

The challenge of going to Mars will provide a sense of working together in the global community and invigorate the human spirit
Just like the Apollo mission, many lifesaving devices and ingenious technology may be able to be developed due to research by humans on Mars
The trip to Mars will lead to massive advances in areas such as recycling, solar energy, food production, and medical technology
We may finally be able to answer the ever-burning questions concerning the history of Mars, the parallels it has to earth, and hundreds of other questions that have gone unanswered due to our lack of exploration of other planets
Valuable natural resources are found on Mars, and can be used to advance our space travel and help out on Earth
Some day, the Earth may not be able to sustain the increasingly large population of human beings. We may need a second planet if we want to continue to exist, and Mars may be the perfect place to strike up a new civilization
Cons of the Mission to Mars
Many scientists predict that a mission to Mars would likely kill all the astronauts involved
Robots are able to go to Mars, and may do the job just as well
Mars will subject the astronauts to high levels of radiation
There are no sufficient reasons that justify the trip to Mars
The long travel to Mars would weaken the astronauts bodies
There is no existing technology that ensures a safe and reliable landing
Astronauts should wait until their is better technology to go up to Mars
There is little public support for a mission to Mars
The resources used for the Mars mission should be used to prevent or help the problems on earth

There is a pretty big problem with going there as well if we planned to colonize it. Whoever gets there first eventuallycould do what England did and separatethemselves from the other people. There would be tons and tons of resourcesthere. I think that it would cause so many problems for the world or worlds I guess. I wouldn't say it would happen right away because it just doesn't make sense for them to cut off right off the bat. Humans are greedy let's be honest here.

Very much agreed the world honestly is the type of world that is fend for yourself, you know? I'm glad to see someone so bright and smart that they realize that going to Mars is sorta of a bad idea!

If you also think outside the box, the reason why the government is jumping on this idea is because they get more tax money. Just think about it Taxes are high in my opinion and so if they make another world mar's then they get taxes X2

I enjoyed talking with you Gantai and hope that you can bring some more knowledge to the forum in a way you are a mini Ideology

Idk I had 11k posts on leak. It doesn't really matter to me about which is better just was there because that's where my friends were.
