What do you think about dark humor. Should there be boarders or should it have no borders.

Those two are not mutually exclusively are they? You can have both boarders and no borders at the same time.

Personally I think no borders is fine, but having no borders doesn't automatically make something funny. If something is just insulting or offensive just for the sake of being insulting/offensive then I usually don't find it funny anyway. I think the best kind of humour is smart, and not just pushing the limits for the sake of pushing the limits.
