Well my story is that I have the internet extremely slow, Apparently between 10kb/s at 64kb/s.
Obviously i have my plan of 1024kb/s but only works from 12:00 PM until 11:00 AM. i am from Venezuela and from there you can find the problem i have reviewed dozens of forums to which the same thing happens to them.
my theory, is that the government blocks or lowers the performance of the internet so we can not see what happens in the country And I wanted to know if there would be a chance to avoid this
how to use DNS or maybe there is some trick
it's sad to see this happening, I try to go online to forget what happens in my country and I still can not perhaps most do not understand what I mean because my english stinks but I hope they can give me a solution for this.

same thing here in algeria mate, there is only one net service in here 'Alger Telecom' and they even blocked torrent websites in here. to download a game like BF 3 it takes me 6Days or more.

I think they may eligible to give us good internet speed in the year 2050....
But now, it is really terrible speed

@muddy waters how dumb sounds it. But internet is the whole world to some people and digital life is prioritized.
