Who is te best ADC to begin in LoL?

Free one and cheap one...Pick a role you are comfortable playing not a champs

Ashe. Ashe is an excellent ADC

This is very clearly easy. The best character for any ADC to start with is Caitlyn or Ashe. Potentially also Miss Fortune as another option. Most should also be rotated during free champions etc.

Ashe has always been my go to - her ult is so OP

tristana seems pretty easy at the start of the game

I started with Caitlyn but now my main ADC is Jinx
