[AE FREE] Best quality preset v3

Hi, you may have already seen my previous 2 posts with a similar preset. Yes, it is. But there are a few flaws. I thought that the second preset would be the final one, but the de-noise I used worsened the picture too much and cut corners. So I made a new preset, looking at the quality from the other side. Now the noise is fixed not by blurring, but by using the detail-preserving upscale. The background blur remains that way, so if someone needs a clear background, turn off BCC+Detail. Optionally, I also added CC Composite to emphasize the quality of the outline and the picture as a whole (since most anime draw in low contrast). And optionally, you can select the setting for the unsharp mask (Comparison in the pictures). I hope this preset will help you. Here is my edith using it on an old anime. (I think it was drawn at 720p, but stretched to fullhd, and + I threw on this preset)
