Ability to Like Profile Comments

Thread title, I don't see why it could be a bad idea. It's not a big deal or anything, just something that would be nice.

Yeah I had a similar mindset here. Posted this thread right as I realized that I couldn't like comments ;P

I would not use this since I don't leave any comments however this + the ability to pin comments would be nice features.

I would also like to like comments on profiles. Wouldn't be a bad implementation.

I don't see a reason for it. Who cares if someone likes what you say on another person's profile? Also it could lead to things like harassment being rewarded. Since they can leave something mean, and it can then be liked by a bunch of people.

I mean, your argument can be made exactly the same for likes on normal posts as well. The same flaws you point out are similar to the flaws present in the current like system.
