Ability to ignore entire sections?

The LoL section gets spammed to hell from time to time, and it would be nice to be able to choose sections to not appear in your recent posts feed. The ignore list only shows ignored users, and there is no information on ignoring threads or sections. Yes, I could ignore the spamming users, but why not be able to stop it at its source?

yeah, this would be useful to have. Not everyone wants to see leecher threads

Yeah I agree with this, wish I could have an option to disable certain sub-forums from showing up in latest posts. Please implement this you guys.

This is definitely one of the reasons why the different tabs in the latest posts part of the index was made. I do believe that something more comprehensive like this would be a good thing. I wouldn't use it myself (for obvious reasons) but I understand the sentiment for this kind of thing as it was also one of the things I pushed for a year or so ago.

Completely agreed, some sections i just do not enjoy.

etc..

Not 100% on it but I'm sure mybb has a sort of ignore list for threads. I know you can pin them?

But yeah I think this would be useful. I don't play games likes lol or gmod so seeing the threads in the recent posts page wastes my time.

Seems like a good idea, the tabs are great, but lacking.

Not bad, i like the idea. Though there could be an important post, maybe pinned threads could be the only ones to show up?
