Ability to set a character limit on posts?

Hey there nulled forums!
I was wondering if anybody is aware of a way to set up a minimum character limit on posts on a 1.5.x xenforo forum? it seems there is a way to set a cap on characters, but there is not a minimum, leading to lots of posts without content within my forums.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
