About prisons

Do you believe in the death penalty? Why or why not?

Imho, it would be great to have dp in my country.
Well, if at my place the law was equal to everybody, it would be great too.

It's not fair when one murderer got just one year of imprisonment for willful killing because his father is kind of big boss, and another one got 20 years in self defence because he is noname and couldn't prove his obvious innocence.

Do I believe in death penalty? Actually, yes because for some cases it would be relevant equal punishment. But in some situations like mass murder, even dp is not enough.
