Accepted Supporter Rank

I was thinking on ways to improve the website, and seeing the changes of pricing of the current upgrades, but maybe the site could add a rank named "supporter" where they have the option to pay maybe monthly, where people upgrade but then that's it. So supporter can either be a rank of it's own or kind of like a badge for supporting or continually supporting for 3 or so months. Prices could set anywhere or it's random price with a minimum $5,$10,etc. Alsoif it is an upgrade then perhaps lets them hide ads,Close own threads, and with a cool badge icon idk what but for you to decide. Just an idealel. idk if this was said or not

Hiding ads is supposed to be a feature for upgraded members already. I know I can hide ads.

I don't think Aoki wants to make another upgrade group. Sounds like it was ripped straight off of FK lol.

Personally, I don't like this idea at all.
There shouldn't be a rank that requires a monthly subscription...

Id like to pay monthly for NBB as well!

There's already an option to pay monthly which is a simple donation, when you do it you can recieve 3 tiers of donation awards.
I don't see how more upgrade ranks would be a thing atm.

Maybe when the forums gets a higher active member base.

I'd rather it be a donation.

Having a rank purely based on monthly payments just seems like a bad idea.

Just contact aoki and he'll give you a paypal email for you to donate to, or btc if you wish.
After that the donation award will be manually given to you.

I'm not too sure about this. I definitely won't add another upgrade or in general a rank you can buy with money.

However what could work is something like this, just an idea: If you want to support the site on a monthly basis, you could go to a page, select different amounts ($5, $10, $20 etc) and you'll get a heart on your postbit showing how many months you've supported the site. Similiar to the staff badge: https://nbb.rocks/i/8MOyF.png

Though, I don't want any automatic subscriptions, so you'd have to manually do the same process next month again.
