Add Forum Options

Adds four additional forum options that allow you to:

• Turn on or off the display of avatars
  
• Turn on or off the display of signatures
  
• Turn on or off the quick reply box
  
• Turn on or off post reputations
  

on a per forum basis. These options are located under 'Miscellaneous Options' when adding or editing a forum.

This plugin offers full language support.
