Add market restictions

So i see a few new members on here going into the marketplace (To be more exact, currency exchange) and offering "services". I doubt these are legitimate. So if we could put up some limits to prevent this "Legitimate" services, that'd be cool.

Needs to have 80 posts to sell something?
Would solve some things.

I've seen this go a good way and a bad way on some forums. NGU for example, used to do 100 Posts in order to sell. In reality, that just makes more people want to spam so that they can do what they want to do, ultimately resulting in a ban. Now, NGU uses a system that you have to purchase Elite Membership in order to sell.. which works out. I would recommend to linkz that only Prime + Supreme Members can sell, if scamming has become a serious issue.

Oh this will prevent scammers... damnit.

In my opinion I don't think its worth it. People should be careful if the dealer has no other customers. If you're clever you won't fall for the scams.

Yes, I am a Former Moderator as well.

I think that online time could be a good idea, or like I said before; Prime or Supreme can sell.
