Adding a new sub-forum for other types of forums

As title described I suggest to add "Other Forums Software" as a new subforum.

There are many other forum software not listed like: Phpbb, WoltLab, ...etc

Will there be enough people invested in it though? I'll add a poll to your post, if there's enough people we'll add it.
No need for a section that'll be empty.
