Adidas is taking ages to refund me...

I tried doing a partial refund of like 100 and they are taking forever to give me the refund. They are investigating with the courier now, I find it odd that its so hard to do a partial refund on a huge website like adidas.

Anyone else had any experience with adidas? Idid a 50 partial refund with them before for a hoodie and it was fine.

Don't they have a 30 day refund thingy?

If they are investigating with the courier then something happened. Maybe someone stole the item and they trying to find out where the item is that you supposely sent back.
