Adjusting graphics setting in Call of Duty Mobile for best performance

I've been playing COD Mobile since launch, and so farI've noticed that setting graphics quality higher than Medium kind of drop a few frames while playing. Even if the the Frame Rate setting is set to Max. My phone chipset SDM665 with 4GB RAM, I suppose it should be able to handle at least High graphics quality without issues, or at least minimal issues- not intense lag and frame drops.

What setting do you use and how well does it work for you?
