Installation
1.- Drop the zip file into your addons folder.
2.- Make sure you have ULX installed
3.- Make sure Staff have access to ulx seeasay (This is what allows admins to see admin chat) This can be found
in the other section under privileges, or you can use ulx groupallow <group name> "ulx seeasay"
4.- To test if it is installed correctly, make sure you are an admin, and have a non admin type @test in chat.
5.- Optionally if you want FAdmin, change cfg.useFAdmin to true in config section.
