I dunno, I was bored. Opinions would be nice, and a bit more than "coolio" would be even nicer.

I would try adding a similar line setup on the bottom that the top holds. I don't know if it would worsen or improve the actual bar though.

Ignorance is bliss.
Knowledge is power.

Too high for my taste.
Looks very generic, as in I've seen similar stuff to this on probably like 10 forums.

Otherwise it's good.

Never claimed that it was original or not generic. That being said, I am fully aware that it is. But I am bored and felt like making something braindead.

Well I obviously wasn't saying that you claimed so.
Good job :yus:

Try fading the each light streak from end-to-end, this will give the lights some depth and make them stick out a bit less. On the front plate of the userbar (the main design shapes) make the color just a tiny bit lighter. This will help distinguish the layers of the design and create some slightly more noticeable contrast.

Regardless of it being an overused style (which I do a lot of myself), this is a beautiful userbar. The shapes drawn go well together and are unique and, the glows are placed in good spots (although it would balance the userbar out if you put glows on bottom right and left or sides.)

Based on what I've seen you make before in terms of userbars, I can definitely see an improvement.

I give it an 8.5/10 You sexy bastard <3

I was thinking the same about the glows. The bottom of the sides are just left "bare".
