I experience the same on .de & .co.uk ! (Customers account)
Once I create a fresh brand new Amazon accounts and immediately place an order for sth (mainly for valuable Apple stuff >1,500), I immediately receive address-verification email from the Account Specialist Department.
They ask for a card statement of the card used to be sent in-order to verify my full name, address & phone nr.
Ive tried using VCCs (issued by NETELLER) , as well as real genuine debit cards issued by genuine land-base banks and the same happens to those accounts. They dont care !!
For every accounts, I use a new:
IP Phone nr Device Address Name Card E-mail
Therefore, they cannot be linked, however the account specialist department just wont open the account.
The account specialists keep sending the same auto-generated email that they were unable to verify my ownership of the MasterCard used so I have to re-send sth new for them again ... its insane !!
How to unlock such accounts ???!
I dont think they read my emails, its just a robot messing around ...
