Advice Needed Any tips on how i could fix my sleeping schedule?

I attempted multiple times to sleep earlier but when i do it gets harder to fall asleep and then i just keep having forceful thoughts that i need to sleep and it makes it even harder.

i too would love some help i have been getting 3-4 hours of sleep a day

Recomend turning off screens an hour before bedfime. Avoid caffeine late in the day. Try to go to bed at the same time every night so your body develops a routine.

Also, It might sound a little crass, but masturbation to completion has been shown in some cases to help with sleep.

To go to sleep earlier just wake up earlier doesn't really help the problem since I go to sleep at 10 and wake up at 3 am (no alarm)but once you get into some sort of repetition should be able to go to sleep sooner. Also maybe listening to ASMR or meditation music or anything around those lines might help you go to sleep sooner although it is sorta weird it helps me fall asleep sooner so maybe it will help you not sure. as I personally still have problems myself.
