Advice Needed Are there any other programs besides photoshop to use?

Hi, Im lookin for other programs besides photoshop to use. Also I was wondering if there was any other alternatives.

depends on what you use it for, if you mean photo editing then i feel that lightroom is the best. for collages then its only photoshop. to create vectors its illustrator. adobe creative cloud has tons of apps to use. but if youre looking for an alternative that wouldnt cost money basic photo editors online like pixabay is enoguh

If you're on a mac, I would recommend taking a look at affinity photo and pixelmator.

Granted that affinity photo and pixelmator are image editing software, you may have a hard time retrofitting design work..

and for design work, I would suggest Affinity Designer.

Those tools are workable --though I haven't dove deep into them yet but I dabble here and there.

I have my macbook pro and i've avoided installing any adobe programs so we'll see how this little experiment goes.

If you wan't a free tool that can do the same things as Photoshop you can try GIMP
