Advice Needed Cheap but powerful Mobile phone of 2k16-17

Hello I am asking if you could recommend me some cheap budget mobile phone. I am currently looking at Xiaomi Redmi 4A and I think its good what do you think?

Budget: Around 130 dollars (ik its not much but I dont want to spend alot on mobile phone)

My favorite song, is Justin Bieber also this si cool.

If you are able to get a hold of an S5 cheap that would be an decent phone!

Honestly, $130 isn't much, you could get an S5 wi th that, but if you have $200, get an S6 and that would be great.
