I think that you should make the jobs professional hacker, syndicate leader and robocop.... mostly because they seem fun!!!

I would say that some kind of "Above the others" PD or Criminal is something, like a terrorist leader with ied or Swat leader with sniper or a lot of armor.

VIP jobs on my server were most of the time a lot like normal jobs, however they had custom skins and got paid more per hour so that there was an incentive for buying VIP

Make a pro theif or maybe even like a meme job like shrek or something like that
