Hm? Cigarettes contain a huge amount of chemicals that all have different affects on your body. They also affect your brain by limiting the oxygen that is given to said brain. That can cause headaches, dizziness and nausea as far as I am aware. There isn't anything specifically wrong with you judging by the symptoms given, it is just how cigarettes affect the body. Some are better fit against it and some are not, hence you should probably stop smoking.

Are you smoking a cigar or cigarette? If you're not a smoker, I don't recommend smoking cigars, especially inhaling them into your lungs. (You don't do that with cigars anyways)
Cigars contain a lot more nicotine and are a way stronger than normal cigarettes.

The symptom you get is called nicotine flash. Your body absorbs a lot of nicotine (and other chemicals) it's not used to. This can make you feel dizzy, sick and if your body can't handle it, you're going to throw up.
You could compare it with food; If you're eating healthy and switching to junk food, you'll definitely end up getting a bad stomachache.

What I suggest you besides stop smoking is trying out lighter cigarettes with less nicotine. This won't "flash" your body as much and your body can get used to it a lot easier.

Hey,

Honestly, Don't worry about it,

I've been smoking for about 9Years and I puke sometimes from having one, Sometimes it's becauseI've not had one in a while (Hours or sometimes a day or two).
It happens sometimes in the morning but I've put that down to strangelybrushing my teeth.

I've never known anyone else to puke after having one but I've never really asked anyone or google it but as far as I'm aware it's nothing bad.

Hope my answer helped,

Enjoy your day,
