So right now I'm taking an 30 Day ABS challenge with the help of phone apps, currently I'm in day 2 and my plan are hard plan but sometimes I'm to lazy to do it, so I need motivational speech from some member who actually have abs or doing the challange, if you can tell me your progress and how it affect you it would be helpful.
Are we talking about Abs like your muscle groups? Heres some motivation. Preworkout > Wait 10 minutes > ??? > Profit. Being that you are using phone apps to help you with your workout, means you hardly have worked out and don't know the miracle of taking pre-workout as a motivator because if you dont work out after you take it you sit there and have a mini--heart attack

I didn't take any supplement, just re-arrange my foods to get more proteins, i'm broke as fuck to take pre-workout.

Fair enough. Other than that it's all self motivation I know the fell. Just gotta get to it for at least an hour or so and then finally you could call it a day. It shouldn't be that hard!
