[Advice Needed]VPS/Dedicated host requirements to run a server

so as we all know most gmod hosting service lags because of the multiple servers put in 1 sandbox server.

so i wish to get a vps or a dedicated server.

my question is what's the minimum specs/requirements for the vps or dedicated server to run a gmod server with 90 players without laging. or fps drops.

Please state if you're talking about the vps or dedicated server. their different things .

You're gonna want to get 4GHZ+ performance and atleast 2GB RAM to handle that,

isn't 4ghz OVER kill? like isn't 2.4 or 3.7 enough?
