I am looking for headphones for gaming and for listening music, which ones are the good ones out there?

I have astro headsets. I have the wired white ones w/ the built in microphone. There pretty good. Would recommend the new ones though, as they are wireless.

Try some Skull Candy headphones. Or the headphones worn by a YouTuber named PewDiePie.

How much are you willing to spend? Do you game more or listen to music more? For music I recommend audio technica and for gaming Id use the kraken from razer. Kraken could be used for both with its surround feature, but the audio technicas do it better.

If you're down to spend big bucks Sennheiser, Skullcandy, and Astro are the way to go.
If you're not looking to spend too much Logitech, Turtlebeach, and Razer are fine too.

I've been using razer for years, they've never let me down, however each to their own as I know alot of people dislike razer.

If you're not prone to losing things, go with Sennheiser.. they're built to last. I've abused the shit out of my HD25 headphones for 12+ years, used them at hundreds of DJ gigs, let lots of other djs them, dropped/bent the hell out of/reefed on the cable countless times, sat on & spilled beer on them more times than I care to admit...yet somehow they still work as good as new. Plus all of the parts are user-serviceable with no special skills required and Sennheiser sells replacement parts, but haven't had the need to do that yet... I've definitely saved lotsa money over cheaper headphones in the long term.

Life is like a box of chocolates, it doesn't last as long for fat people.
