so my GF lately finds some stupid excuses not to make out and always have ''lack'' of time, and sometimes I feel like I should stop this so-called relationship, but on the other hand, I can understand her reasons to do that.

Have an honest discussion with her, tell her how you feel about how things are going. Dont put up with it thinking that things will get better on it's own because it wont, I learnt that the hard way lmao. So talk to her and hear what's truly going on because if things keep going that way it will be like a slow painful death

The best way to know for sure is to have a hones discussion with her. Just tell her whats on your mind.

Whatever the reason you are doing this, it is ok.
Sometimes she is not that much of a, lets say, "huggy" person.
Sometimes she has to figure out some issues she has with herself.
I dated for a short time a girl who would not go third base.

It is ok to care about making out, it is part of the relationship.
If you think you can't handle it, break up. It is not worth staying in a relationship you do not enjoy fully. In the end you are going to cheat on her or she is going to cheat on you, and it is because you couldn't be hoenst with each other.
