Left the title kind of empty, but would you pay $5 for any service (one-time), this could be literally anything, so GFX or a Coder (No one would accept $5 to code something but I needed an example).

I feel like $5 is a price people may get people thinking that the service would be low quality, or just a plain old scam.

My plan is to lower my VPN to as cheap as possible, currently I have practically dropped it down to half the price, I would like to lower it more but I feel as if people would avoid buying it $5-6 for a lifetime because it sounds like a get rich quick scheme, and we all know that they "work".

So my overall question is, do you avoid cheaper products because you expect them to be not what you expected?

I personally tend to avoid cheaper things as they seem to good to be true, just need some opinions on this so I can make a better decision.

I think it totally depends on the service. A $5 VPS usually does sound too good to be true, unless the specs are really low tier. However $5 for someone to create a logo/banner would be fine.
