Advice Needed how to study for long

how to study for long without getting distracted ;-;;;;;;;

Just put your phone / Pc away or switch to linux so you cant play games anymore lol

I agree with the above.... get rid of the distractions, play music put headphones on sit in a quiet room stop playing games
