Allow users to change username styles?

Is there a plugin that allows a user to change their username style like here on Nulled? I wanna be able to allow an entire group to be able to edit their username styles on a subscription base. So they buy the subscription, they get to edit their own username style.

Much help would be appreciated!

PS. I've installed "Style Your Nick" plugin but can't seem to get it to show up on the UserCP sidebar. Must be missing something?
