Alternative addons for VCMod

Hey Guys,

i am looking for an open source soloution like VCMod but i cant find any addons wich will be compatible with my requirements.
The specification are lined up here:

1. Damage
   
2. Lights & Sounds
   
3. Fuel System
   

If you know one i would appreciate it if you could tell me in a short message.

A free one?? Photon is a light & sound system. No other full vehicle mods are currently free, NovaCars is an alternative for VCMod but a paid one.

Photon is a free lighting system but I'd just buy VCMod.

It has damage system, fuel system, passanger system etc but its free. Thats the point.

if you don't want to buy it, use photon

Simfphys exist but in my opinion VCMod is better
