Alternative to playing CS:GO comp with friends?

#1 The gang will always get on for some Friday night games and we usually end up in a CS:GO comp, and after a game or two half of us are salty and it usually ends there. CS:GO is pretty fun but even at silver for a casual player the amount of smurfs and illegitimately ranked players can really ruin the game. Anyone know any casual multiplayer games that could take it's place?

Oh I forgot to mention we need games that run on Mac and lower end platforms, and for potentially more than 5 people

But yeah I've looked at the game it looks pretty fun, something I will probably by to play ranked solo
