I think ETH is one of the more solid choices. Better than going for a smaller coin just to get a higher number.

I would say hold ETH for 6-12 months at least and then look at charts and trends. It has the potential to go up a lot more after everything is over in the world

BTC went down to 4000 and is now 9450. Anyways, if you have so little money that you can't afford to lose a few bucks, short term crypto trading isn't for you.

ETH follows BTC. If your in it for the long run then yes ETH will go up if your looking at week chart.

not necessarily. if you want to invest in crypto though you have to have conviction, its too volatile for people to just panic sell whenever price drops a bit only to have the price rise back a few days later
