What's the best tool to use to make it appear scratched off in photoshop? Hard to get it to work properly. lol.

Just tried this, told them about the issue I was having then they asked for the serial number, after that they asked for 3-4 digits of the claim code, and the person who bought the card.

I'll see if this works for me, might be worth a shot.
