Has anyone started the new season of American Gods?

Loved the first season, but the second season was pretty damn awful. Didnt seem to go anywhere and was all over the place.
Season 1 felt so fresh and a good merge of cgi/live action with a style that was pretty awesome.

Ive heard first episode of season 3 might be a winner, but what do people think?
