I would have to say My future diary of Sword Art online.

kimetsu no yaiba, dorehodero, code geas and cowboy bebop

konosuba, Cowboy Bebop, Gundam Wing, Soul eater, Sword art online.

Definitely give "BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense" a try it's really funny and it's really good, cool fight scenes.

Plunderer is also another great option it has a lot of action in it.

One of my all time favorites is "Chniby Demo Koi ga Shitai", very good show.
